In compliance with Article 13 of EU Reg. 2016/679 on the protection of personal data, we inform you that this website respects and protects the privacy of users and visitors. This policy applies exclusively to activities carried out on www.anfao.it and is intended for its visitors and users. It does not apply to information collected by the owners through different channels.

TYPE OF DATA COLLECTED
Data provided by the user
The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of messages to the contact addresses given on the site, as well as the completion and forwarding of the forms on this site, entail the acquisition of the sender's contact data, necessary to reply, as well as any attachments and personal data included in the communications. Additional data may be collected by the automatic operation of specific tools and technologies configured on the website, as described below.
Navigation data
The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this site acquire, during their normal operation, certain personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This category of data includes the IP addresses or domain names of the computers and terminals used by users, the URI/URL (Uniform Resource Identifier/Locator) notation addresses of the resources requested, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the user's operating system and IT environment. These data, necessary for the use of web services, are also processed in order to obtain statistical information on the use of the site and to check the proper functioning of the services offered.

The only cookies used by this site are for technical or statistical purposes. No cookies are used for user profiling for marketing purposes.
PURPOSE OF PROCESSING
The user's personal data described above are collected to enable ANFAO and MIDO to provide its services, in accordance with the association's purposes, as well as to respond to users' requests and carry out statistical analyses aimed at managing the website.
LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING
The personal data indicated in this Privacy Policy are processed by the data controllers on the basis of their own legitimate interests, in a manner consistent with the purposes of the association as set out in the ANFAO and MIDO Statute, as well as for the need to meet the requests of the data subject or to fulfil contracts and agreements made with the data subject.
TREATMENT MODALITIES
Holders process Users' Personal Data by adopting appropriate security measures aimed at preventing unauthorised access, disclosure, modification or destruction of Personal Data. Data processing is mainly carried out electronically and telematically by the Data Controllers and other subjects who, suitably selected for their reliability and competence, perform operations that are instrumental to the pursuit of the purposes indicated.
RECIPIENTS OF DATA
The recipients of the data collected following consultation of the site or use of the services listed above are certain subjects (IT service providers, intermediary digital services and hosting providers, web agencies) designated, according to their respective roles, Data Processors pursuant to Article 28 GDPR. The full list of Data Processors can be requested from the Data Controllers.
The personal data collected are also processed by the internal staff of the Data Controllers, who act on the basis of specific instructions provided regarding the purposes and methods of processing.
The data may also be communicated to all subjects to whom the communication is due by reason of legal obligations or by virtue of contracts signed between the parties.
PLACE OF PROCESSING
Data are processed at the operational headquarters of the data controllers and at the locations of the external entities involved in the processing. There are no transfers abroad to countries other than those belonging to the European Union, which do not ensure adequate levels of personal protection.
STORAGE TIMES
The Data are processed for the time necessary to perform the service requested by the User, or provided for the pursuit of the purposes described in this document. The User may always request the interruption of the Processing or the deletion of the Data by making a request to the Data Controller.
EXERCISE OF RIGHTS BY USERS
The persons to whom the Personal Data refer have the right at any time to obtain confirmation of the existence or non-existence of such data from the data controllers, to be informed of their content and origin, to verify their accuracy or to request that they be supplemented, erased, updated, rectified, transformed into an anonymous form or blocked if processed in breach of the law, as well as to object, for legitimate reasons, to their processing. Requests should be addressed to the data controller by writing to info@anfao.it.
The user also has the right to lodge a complaint, for matters relating to the processing of Personal Data, with the competent Authority (for Italy, the Garante per la Protezione dei Dati Personali - www.gpdp.it)
APPLICABLE LAW
This Privacy Policy is governed by Italian law and by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation, also referred to as "GDPR").
